yep, everything is a-ok … we are just eyeball high in a VERY INVOLVED project over here … we are waiting until completion to identify said project. (i can say it has nothing to do with the production of another didion-sized being.)
in the meantime … i just got back from taking our four-legged children to the vet … the cat (who is strictly indoors) has fleas (!!!) … the dog has terrible dry skin … they both got their shots (the kid gets his tomorrow.) …
here’s a yummy image …
mom in her mid-30s driving a fully-loaded prius … “fully loaded” with one screaming kid, one panting dog, and one very fat cat — stuck against her will in a cat carrier — wailing to high heaven …
this is why rich people have nannies and personal assistants …
HAHA. LOL at the “project” disclaimer, and yes it is to the personal assistant point. And fat cats are THE BEST kind of cats! You may not be able to see it in the pciture of her, but our cat is HUGE. We adopted her 11 (she’s 12 now), and she’s got these huge skin flaps… we think she had kittens… and girlfriend’s family’s cat is. Wait for it.
TWENTY TWO POUNDS. The sight of it sent a cleaning crew, hired to tidy up the house to prepare for a sale, into hysterics.
twenty-two pounds?! i don’t think d-man even weighs that yet … i’ll find out tomorrow …
ha! that is too funny … “fur flaps” is quite appropo. our cat is a mere 14 pounds (up from 12-1/2 last year), but she has a small frame, which lends itself to the overall comedic effect.
and the vet today was cracking up about our cat’s udders … she was flapping them around, pointing them out to the vet tech.
