Oh the things I've seen. I think I actually have an internet-induced case of PTSD. Yes, it's HORRIBLE out there. I regret ever being sucked in. People are unbelievably nasty and board admins behave like dictators. I have found blogging to be infinitely better. You'll never find that comment! (and I swear I didn't go back and delete it - it just never happened.) Four year veteran of the chatboard wars here. Oh the things I’ve seen. I think I actually have an internet-induced case of PTSD. i’ve never been on a political chatboard. i suspect there is a lot of flaming. if people can be total asses to each other when they are talking about movies and comic books, i can only imagine what political forums look like.

It's weird, I'm used to chatboard wars that go on for weeks. Blog comment 'debates' seem to only have a lifespan of a day or two. I finally replied to that abortion discussion if you're interested.
